I am still can not find it GameObjectLibrary.lua, is it hidden file 
Should be exactly where Jorrit said it is. It's not hidden or anything.

There's already several different fighters for some of the Warlords and more are coming in 2.3. Pentastar gets the V-19 Torrent, Maldrood gets the TIE Avenger and ARC-170, and Eriadu gets a shielded TIE Interceptor. In 2.3, they're adding the TIE Punisher to Eriadu, but I'm not sure if they're adding other fighters to the other warlords for that release. I know Corey has said that eventually they'd like to get some different fighters like XG-1s in for some of the Warlords.

PA ISDs don't carry V-19s, that's only their Acclamators, Venators and Secutors. PA ISDs carry 1/1 TIE Fighters, 1/1 TIE Bombers and 2/0 TIE Interceptors.

Correct, ModDB won't get an update until 2.2.5.

I prefer to use the Enforcer Troopers (PA's Army Troopers) as defensive units, they have more health than stormies and since they're on defense firing on the move doesn't really matter much.

Having said that, I'm yet to play as Zsinj or the Pentastar Alignment in 2.2, and they have AT-TEs now instead of AT-ATs, which means no free infantry. So I guess that changes things a bit for these two factions. I'd go for Stormtroopers over Army Troopers then. However, Zsinj has Raptor Troops, and PA has Storm Commandos and stuff, so there are different choices to make. All of them have their strengths and weaknesses, I'd assume.

PA does not have Storm Commandos.

I'm not opposed to the idea of a post-clone wars GC in general (just look at my mod), but in a mod called "Fall of the Republic", why involve something that doesn't involve the Republic?

Edit: Also Corey has stated FoTR will not go past the Mission to Mustafar.

The Acclamator, Venator, Lucrehulk and Secutor all serve as carriers for the PA.

In 2.2, the PA no longer gets two free SSDs from the start. Kaine shows up at around week 20 and Jerec has been separated from the Vengeance. Captain Sysco is now in command of the Vengeance and is a recruitable hero for them. SSDs in general have also been adjusted. They are significantly more vulnerable to fighters and bombers in 2.2 than in 2.15. They also have received engine hardpoints so you can prevent them from retreating.

Picking your ships starting positions isn't possible.

When on offense, pathfinder slot. Use it. Makes things much better. Can't really do anything about that on defense.

As a side note, this should probably be moved to the Imperial Civil War section as opposed to the Fall of the Republic section. Moved ~ Slornie

Most uglies would make no sense from either a gameplay perspective or a lore perspective. The only uglies that could fit would be the Clutch Uglies for Maldrood.
Shielded TIE Interceptors are present for Eriadu and possibly Era 2 Remnant.

Yeah. I think the PA is the only warlord faction with a canon (legends) insignia.

EDIT: Nevermind, the Restored Empire has a distinct insignia as well.

Surely in era 5 they started adding a few defenders to star destroyers and few others

By Era 5 the Remnant had pretty much run out of TIE Fighter production facilities which is why they began relying on Preybirds and I-7 Howlrunners. If they were so depleted of TIE Fighters they couldn't garrison most of their ISDs with them, there's no way they would have been able to garrison even a small fleet with TIE Defenders.
