yeah,I was expecting to be swarmed by Bothans or whatever those buildings are supposed to spawn.

im guessing its just oversight and would expect it to be fairly simple to fix.

The Hand of Thrawn fortress on Nirauan is coded to act as a power source so even if you destroy the normal power generator the turbolasers will remain operational until the HoT is also destroyed.

Yup, some of them are.

Iam aware there is one Turbolaser that is marked as caputrable,but my concern was more towards actually destroying the generator and turbolasers remaining online.

Doesent bother me that much anyways,Hand pushed me back so much I cant even consider extending outside of my current territory.

Hmm interesting seems like the at least the first imperial worlds have been made easier in From the Ground Up.

-Barracks removed from the enemies.
-No longer need to take out enemy fighters if they are new republic/deployed from carriers,just wipeing out the main ship is enough?

the sensor seems to be bugged/Not intended to be there and Hotkeying fighters helps alot especialy against new republic since they generaly have fighter superiority in almost every scenario.

going to give From the Groud Up a go now,since art of war is going to hell  >:(

New Republic Infiltrators(Commando?) explosive ability feels bit over the top at the moment

exsample 2 AT-AT walkers and 8 AT-STs are moving foward in a formation and all that is required to wipe out all the AT-STs and bring the AT-ATs to bellow 50% health is single bomb from the commando

while normaly it isnt really a problem since AI prefers direct combat instead of flanking,it is extremly overpowered for something that can be garrisoned on planet via Infiltrator Academys(sometimes up to 3 Academys on one planet)

reducing the blast radius to single target or reducing the damage of the ability in general would bring it more in line with the rest of units

Assuming they were the attackers,i would say its better to just hold your ground than rush head on into engagement with Empire of The Hands forces

>You can bait the enemy fleet to split their forces/pull their fighter screen off,by sending a small ship(Lancer/Carrack) or a fighter squadron to get their attention and drag them away

>Micromanage TIE interceptors against bombers before they have chance to get in range

>Focus your fire on Dagon Niriz(Imperial Star Destroyer),Stent(Ascendancy-Class star destroyer),Voss Parck(Victory Star destroyer) consider them as "soft" targets

>Ar´alani might look scary on her Syndic-Class Star Destroyer,but you should consider her as low priority target due to the ships incredible durability

>Bring enough Lancers to screen off any fighters/bombers that get too close,because when the main force connects you dont want to have bombers flying around freely

>I personaly prefer ISDs to SSDs,bringing 2 to 3 SSDs is overkill and not nessecarily in a good way

>Position your fleet with enough space to maneuver. if the Empire of the hand is focusing fire on single destroyer maneuver it to the back of the fleet
(forcing hand to go all out and possibly over extending)

simple tips/common knowledge.
would post more useful info if i had chance to properly test fleet compositions against Empire of the hand,but sadly work takes fair share of my time
edit:tlmiller being spot on with VSD-IIs and ISD-IIs being the top choices against this faction.

We don't remove people because they died in a canon battle because canon battles don't happen in the mod (there's no Battle of Bilbringi unless you have a Battle of Bilbringi). And because of the PA's existance in AoW the Remnant doesn't even get Kaine, he stays with the PA.

If he is getting removed it might be because of a holdover script from when the Remnant had him and it's somehow affecting the PA. I'll check.
