It's working now and it's awesome.  Thanks for your help.  I am absolutely blown away by this mod.  This is the sort of thing I would expect to pay $50 for.  Thanks.

What if I don't have that Xml folder or those files?  Does that mean I'm measing the. Ram fix?

Imperial Civil War Tech Support / won't even start

Ok, so I install the mod and the hotfix, but the game won't even start, it just locks up on either a black or a white screen.  I've double checked and I installed everything where it's supposed to be.  Tried using the .bat file to start it and it locked, with a message that an exception has occured.  I'm not using Steam version, my original install of FoC is from the Gold Pack.

I've double checked the install and everything is where it's supposed to be.  If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.  Let me know if you need additional information.
