I saw a video on the Moddb page that the beta for 1.1 came out and I just went here to download it but I don't see it anywhere. Is the beta over?

I used to play Sins alot and always played with this mod but haven't played in about 5 months, was coming back and just wanted to know what's happening with this mod. Is there a version for the new sins version? Has anything new been added,
