Imperial Civil War Tech Support / bug issues

for some reason my game when i have different fleets on the same planet and i try to merge them my game lags a bit then i cant move them or sell them and other times i move a fleet somewhere to fight the enemy i cant move my fleet they just stay there and it happens when i make a ground assault i cant move my units or when i am getting attacked i cant move my troops and it is only happening on my new republic week 273 and sometimes when i try to quit i cant i have to shut down my computer or sign out
