Ascendancy Tech Support / Reolution problem, only 1900x1080 shows

I had to reinstall the game earlier because some stupid nonsense randomly messed up the game now in the options It ONLY has the highest resolution (which means it plays like dog turds)

is there anyway to get the other resolutions back without reinstalling again?
