Imperial Civil War Tech Support / Missing bat file

So I have the GOG version of the game, downloaded 2.2.5 and unpacked it and put it in the mods folder in the EAWX folder.  But, I can't seem to find the .bat file, I've searched the laptop and it doesn't appear to be on the computer.

That's the issue I've run into, for some reason I don't have an EaWX folder.  My EaW folder is about 5.5gb, but I keep trying to find where the majority of the files are, and I can't seem to locate them, if that makes any sense whatsoever.  All the art, map, xml folders, can't seem to figure out where they are

Was gonna resurrect this post, same question as the OP, however I just got done watching the stickied video tutorial, tried to find the corresponding files on my computer, couldn't seem to find them.  It is the GoG version, run through porting kit, the vanilla game works fine, so there has to be some way to throw some mods on there.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
