This episode is like the first time I felt like watching real Star Wars sinces ages!
Oh man, it's just amzing. I loved how they linked this series to Clone Wars, especially with certain characters resurfacing ;)

I didn't think it was rushed at all. The pace was very consistent and felt somehow "in-universe realistic". I would hate it if Ezra was the main character in that dule.
The fight was just perfect!  It reminds you about everything star wars used to be.

And without spoilers; the teaser at the end gives you tingling feelings almost the same as watching Empire Strikes Back!!

The Sovereign can certainly use a point-defence ability; fend of fighters for a brief time, or just destroy incoming missiles.
For the Executor it can use an ability that boost the ships in the same fleet with the Executor, and/or scare the shit out of the enemy  8=) (debuff the enemy) for some time. It can also use something like a command and control centre; pick a priority target to increase the damage output against it, or just an ability like fire all batteries  (overwhelm).
She could have a garrison ability. However, due to its huge on board force, the planet you capture can have an increased starting population (which requires less migration).
Maybe also something like "call the reserves" after the ship loose all its fighters you can call for a couple of extra wings (it can be used one at a time, and after each use the ship must resupply from the Altor)

Well you can basically win the campaign as the Remnant without advancing eras  8=) with that being said, make a fleet of Isard alone, scout for a large fighters fleet with at least 15 wings (which the NR tend to make a LOT), and send your hero to certain doom  ;)
you may want to not attack the shipyard in battle; just move close enough for the fighters to attack you and then just stop. sometimes it helps to turn your back to the enemy (massively reducing your arc of fire).

Well I'm not that thrilled with the title; you know, the force doesn't sleep duh!. However, maybe when we get to see the trailer and get a better idea about the context of the movie then maybe we'll feel that it is the right title!

but anyway, WHO CARES :p
whether the title is amazing as "The Empire Strikes Back" or stupidly lame as "The Phantom Menace" (and let's face it; "A New Hope" is not really a fancy title but nonetheless the movie is the greatest of all time), but I'm just so excited that we've got a title! it makes you realize that it's real! it's done! it's materializing!

This revelation means that there will be a teaser trailer coming soon, and I'm freaking out about it XD

I'm sort of new here  ::) However, I've been following Ascendancy for quite some time, and ICW for even longer. and I have to say those mods are the best, so far, for their respective games  ;D I wish the best for the mod team, and thank them for providing us with this amazing experience ;)

I'm also very active on MODDB, and actually I've put the link to my profile on my forum profile (still not sure how this works  :P )
I regularly post interesting pictures from games that I play (including many Star Wars stuff and LOTR things), so feel free to check them any time  :laugh:
