Every time I kill the imperial leader I don't advance to the next tech level. This has happened about 4 different times on different galactic conquests.

Ok now I'm pretty dumb when it comes to this kind of stuff, but I would like to know if there is a way to have both Republic at War and Thrawn's Revenge working together without having to remove one of the mods. I looked at the FAQ's but I didn't really understand it. I would greatly appreciate it if someone would help me with this.
