I dont think the Empire of the Hand will get anymore ground units in 2.0 because their ground  units consist of some of the best in the Game such as the Megamaser Tank which can destroy almost anything in 1 or 2 shots but its balanced by having a long charge time.

While it's true that the MMT has the most damage in a single pulse in the game, this doesn't actually mean much. It's good for what it does, however it has some severe limitations. If it attacks an AT-AT from behind it will win outright, however in a face to face fight the MMT always gets destroyed before it can get the killing show off, and in the case of smaller vehicles where it is unsupported it will often lose to a company or a company and a half of them. The greater number of T4's in a company often mean that the MMT will be unable to effectively combat them. It seems more like a more direct and less frigile version of artillery.

For their other vehicles they have the Rapid Fire Tank, the Kirov and the Flame Tank, which while effective as anti-infantry vehicles, are useless against anything else. The AT-CW seems entirely useless to me.

Just looking at the 2.0 additions for the New Republic shows how outclassed the Empire of the Hand is on land. They're getting air units, an anti-air unit, a medium vehicle which can probably mop up against infantry as well as a lot of vehicle types (maybe even the MMT if there's enough per company) and the Heavy Tracker which I'm pretty unfamiliar with.

The Rebels and Empire are getting a lot of new land units in the new version it looks like but are the Empire of the Hand getting anything? They have less than the other factions already but we've seen a lot of new Rebel units and a few new Imperial ones and nno Empire of the Hand ones

I was wondering if many of the team have read the new book with all the new ships in it and heroesand if any of it is going to be included in the mod? There was a much better picture of the Endurance for example, and a lot more information on things that needed it from before.

I've always wanted the Chiss icnluded in the mod since the Empire has the Warlords as a minor faction with their units and the Chiss could be a minor faction easily with the units of the Empire of tha Hand. It would make the Empire of the Hand able to be more divided and have to take over area in the Un known regions instead of just being able to expand wherever it wants to and there could even be a Galactic Conquests with the Empire of the Hand, Chiss and Ssi-Ruuks.

I like them like they are because they make bombers more different from fighters and means you have to use them differently

The New Republic should get Viscounts because the Empire gets alot of larger ships

Making the EotH hero blob counter be a different hero blob of your own sounds like it would just turn into a game where everyone's trying to send their own hero blob everywhere though.

I've always thought the Chaf and Ascendancy were about equally useful, even though the Chaf is supposed to be a frigate.

These are the one thing the mod is missing. They're the best faction in Star Wars and its a travesty they are not in yet I know its too late for 1.3 but they need to be in the next version. Its not like they don't have enough units, and most of them have pictures. They even have ground stuff. So whose with me, we want Vong!

The Empire of the hand ships are too powerful for their classes especially against the New Republic like the interdictor and carrier are almost as good as most of the frigates on the other factions.

It wouldn't have to be very big though. Its one planet for the Warlord, 3 for Vagaari, a few for Ssi Ruuk, one for Empire of the Hand and 2 for nuso esva.

The Crisis of Faith novella included a few new units and heroes the Empire of the Hand could use. Specifically the A-rack transport (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/A-rack) and general tasse (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Tasse) I'd love to see them in the mod

If you did one for the Empire of the Hand in the unknown regions you could have the nuso esva on Quethold and Oristram, the The Warlord on Kariek, the Ssi-Ruuvi on Lwhekk and the Vagaari could have some of the Empire of the Hand's current planets. Then the player would have to conquer all of the Empire's current territory and only start with Nirauan.
