Title: [Patch] Imperial Civil War 2.2.2 Released

We have just pushed a patch to address a few issues. This will currently only be available for Steam Workshop copies because it allows auto-updates, but once we've compiled more changes, the ModDB mirror will be updated as well.

Major Changes:
- Disabled Yevetha (and therefore Empires at War and BFC) due to causing crashes on initiating tactical battles until we can find the cause.
- Added Reinforcement prevention radii to Starbases and mines in skirmish
- Altered stats for power to shields/weapons in skirmish
- Removed power to weapons from larger ships in skirmish (Praetor, Nebula, Allegiance)
- Removed 3 mines on Core Conflict
- Removed Bright Jewel, Mantell Massacre, Corellian Conflict and Dark Fury skirmish maps (redundant or unfinished)
- EotH starts with Krsiss instead of Nsiss in Skirmish
- Added merchant dock units for all factions
- Fixed several skirmish ships removing all FoW, some may still remain.
- Empress station damage nerfed (6 protons per hardpoint -> 2)
- Moff Resuun Tractor Beam enabled
- Enforcer pop cap 2 -> 3
- Fixed [MISSING] Ion cannons on Oto, added Quad Ion projectile
- Fixed an issue where boarded or retreated units would sometimes spawn at dummy planets and be inaccessible.
- Fixed Eriadu Lancet availability
- Fixed duplicated Hailfire company
- Strang and Weir added to Eriadu for era progressives
- World Devastator and Praetor should unlock in era 3 and 4 respectively for Remnant, with WD relocking in Jax era.

I must have missed this, so apologies for asking. What are these? Are they freighters hanging around trade ports?

No, it's the captureable structure in skirmish where you can buy some special units

There is some scaling problem with New Republic interface in GS scenarios, not sure whether it's just my thing.

oh i would like Abilities for all and i hope there's three get power to weapons. that and give the Praetor 2 back it's range at less half of it because in lore they had better range then more ships of its size.

Funny i don't see them for the Empire in Form the ground up only World Devastators and why don't they have any Abilities as well?

As we've explained, their abilities weren't finished, so they weren't included.

The lower part of UI goes way below the display line that way, that 15-25% of ground structure icons are hidden (they are still clickable). Relog helps, but I've noticed that it occurs when you start GC and use autosave files (before the battle starts).

I have neither idea nor explanation why it only affects the NR UI. I would imagine that it the same coding but different image files. I am not even close to understanding how it works btw, so I might take screenshot next time if you require one.

First the Praetor 2 range is base on the face that on both wiki and it other place's the info says it's gun's have twice the range of the Imperial 2 class Star Destroyer.

okay so when will all other ships and ground units get their abilities?

It does say long range ION cannons, but absolutely nothing about the Turbolasers.

No need to go back to the days of OP Preators shredding pretty much everything from across the map.

Fighting the PA could be awful in 2.15.  I am greatful for the Preator Nerf.

Correct, ModDB won't get an update until 2.2.5.

All fixed, I ditched the disk version and downloaded everything on steam, been playing Greater Mal for about 4 hours and not one crash or freeze, runs smooth too
Love the new update now I am able to play it!

Ended up doing that a few years ago because it just became such a hassle to get the disk version working with Win10.

That's a known EaW bug, with the game itself. Petroglpyh is issuing an official patch to fix several save-related issues which is going through approval right now.
