Clone War and the Galactic Civil War.  Because they are the best portrayed, in the films and books.

ye but it was not that much of a war. plus theres lots of wars the ones i picked where the bigest

Galactic civil war (I think I like it the most because of space combat...Dunno ???) And the Jedi Civil war because Revan is awesome.

Gotta say GCW and CW i just don't like the rest i mean the YV came from another galaxy and they have living ships?! I just find it sort've un star wars ish and there really really powerful taking over the entire galaxy?! kinda dumb if you ask me...
