Title: Changing Heros Portraits

-So is there any way to change a hero's portrait? I thought it would be as easy as just finding an art file that has the admirals portrait and replacing it with somthing else and giving it the same name. But try as I might to dig around the code I cannot seem to find the portrait art files anywhere!
-Additionally is there a way to change what type of ship a hero has, say from an ISD II to a Bellator for example.

You need a 50x50 tga image, with the background alpha'd out.
