What happened to the XMLs in the Steam version of the mod? When I look in the Steam mod's XML folder, I can only see like 5 XMLs. I had a custom hero (that wasn't OP) and the new patches wiped it out (not blaming anyone here). I want to add it back in, but the XMLs I need to edit must be in a different place. At first I thought Steam kept messing downloading/installing ICW, but the mod works as intended. Can anyone tell me where the XMLs are located? I can handle the rest from there.
Thanks!

You'll need a meg editor, then you can extract config.meg. Also, even if the files were in the same place, the update would remove any changes you've made when Steam syncs it, so you'd generally have to make a backup mod folder.

Would the xmls override the config.meg file? Not sure about that....

Yes

Thank you so much Corey! Keep up the great work!

Wait, so if I go and extract the meg, and then modify something in the meg, then the game will be modified?

The extracted XMLs will just override the ones in the config.meg file. Base game worked the same way.
