Title: How many mining facilities I can build?

Hello! I`m playing for New Republic at Admiral level of dificulty. And I noticed that I can build more than 10 extractive mining facilities (I`ve built 17-18), although the description says the opposite. This is an error in the description or in the gameplay?

I think it's a description error at this point. The new limit seems to be 20, unfortunately.
