Yeah, i cant remember where it was posted, but having looked at the member list, i think ive got it pretty much worked out:

Emperor > 5000 (I think)
Grand Moff > 3200
Moff > 1600
Grand Admiral > 800
Admiral > 500
Vice Admiral > 250
Rear Admiral > 175
Brevet Admiral* > 125
Stormtrooper Captain > 100
Stormtrooper > 10
Recruit > 0

I hope this helps :)

*This is when members gain access to the Admirals Lounge.

EDIT: COmpleted my list after some forum searching.
