Title: Deep Core GC
Post by: Eldritch66X on January 06, 2018, 04:11:35 PM
I've been doing a lot of reading and I found out that the deep core is a lot bigger that I thought it was and had a lot of stuff happen inside it after the battle of endor.

Is there any possible way that there could be a GC where you play as a deep core war lord inbetween eras 3/4 before daala shows up.

It would be nice to see more of the deep core and maybe even the galactic center ( who else wants to fight a massive space battle at the center the galaxy)

This game is all about changing history I mean what if instead of daala being the one to unite the warlords it could be one of the others

The submod I am working on will have this mostly detailing the internecine battles between Harrsk, Teradoc and Delvardus in the Deep Core with lots of the other minor deep core warlords.

The closest thing to a "Deep Core" GC in 2.2 will be the Reunification GC, or Crimson Empire as the other Warlord factions. Part of why you don't see much of the Deep Core anywhere, though, is because the Deep Core would, for obvious reasons, have more crowding issues with planets overlapping. We'd likely have to use a new planet set with a different background model, which goes beyond the scope of 2.2

That can happen in any GC as it is, including Reunification.
