Title: Doesn't run 1 bit

So I bought and run the game through steam. I followed all the Installation instructions listed in the Manual. I set the Launch Path thing to  MODPATH=Mods\Imperial_Civil_War and whenever I try to run EaW or FoC my screen flashes from white to black over and over until finally it gives me an Error that's like "D3D9" or something like that and then it just says that the game is failing to respond and then it shuts down.

If you remove the launch options, does the game run?

No. It just does the same white/black flashing thing then tells me that the game failed to render so it'll switch to something else that'll render the game slower which then tells me that it failed to switch and the game is shutting down. That happens regardless of ICW or Base game.

Just needed the 64 bit update. Sorry, been awhile since I played.
