Probably restricted to America for "legal reasons".

EDIT: ive tried looking for a Youtube version, but LucasFilm seems to already have had them deleted :(

i think canada will probably have it released around the same time since it is using the same television sats as the usa

Canadian channels might not have it but htose of us with sattelite T.V. will be able to watch it on the American channels we have. ;D
