How do the titles, Moff, Admiral, Stormtrooper, work?

They're based on post count.

It goes:

<5 - Recruit   
5 - Stormtrooper
10 - Stormtrooper Captain    
25 - Brevet Admiral
125 - Rear Admiral
250 - Vice Admiral
500 - Admiral
800 - Grand Admiral
1600 - Moff
3200 - Grand Moff
5000 - Emperor
