so, Corey, can we get these back for ICW and Ascendancy, please?

Ascendancy was never divided into the mod suggestions and strategy discussion. The two were combined for ICW, strategy discussion wasn't removed. There just wasn't much of a reason to segregate it when everything can go in one place.
