Title: Golan bug

I can still build Golan defenses, even if there isn't room for them. Does anyone else have this problem?

Even if both slots on a particular planet are full (in other words, two Golans are already built), you can still build more Golans. Of course, once completed, nothing happens (since there's no more room). Shouldn't the Golan icon on build bar disappear when both slots are full? I'd hate to accidentally build something that I don't need...

This is no bug. Some planets have room for more than two Golans, for example Coruscant supports 5 golans.

If you have more and zoom in on a planet, the mission log will show how many you have (2.1) or the top left will show it (2.2)
