Title: Unit glitch when using galactic map

When using the galactic map to move units to other planets, or to separate them into new groups, they either disappear or are completely unresponsive. I can still make new units but I can't move them anywhere. It seemed to start at the end of a space battle when I called in reinforcements but after they arrived, they would shoot normally but I couldn't select them at all.

Once I have downloaded the file in the link, what do I do with it to get it to work?

Run it, and choose your savegame that is 'frozen'.
