I'm playing Essence of War Galactic conquest when I reload a quick save and suddenly I can initiate any battles, Ive got an empire of the hand fleet in the same system as my NR fleet without anything happening. I still have full control over production and fleet movements but I can fight other fleets or invade planets. This bug is game breaking as I don't have any saves from before this happened.
