Title: upgrades for Pa in 1.1

I've made some but anyone can suggestion upgrades

1: Insider Trading: Use Illegal ways to gain money and resources(Corey can figure it out.)
2: Hostile Takeover: Take over manufacturing companies to benefit your production and make things much cheaper.
3: Pentastar talks: Companies swear loyalty to you benefiting your economy.

I don't think the reasoning that "Corey can figure it out" is not really a solid argument to get something into the mod :P

What I meant was that he can figure out the percents for these upgrades

Love it; these fit in perfectly with PA philosophy.
