Title: Firing Arcs

I have a question: is it possible to tweak firing arcs of Dominator, Venator, Dreadnought and EotH ships so the don't have to stay perpendicular to enemy when firing? Just looks ugly in my opinion, especialy on Venator/Dominator.

You'd have to change the weapon data on their entity file from the side banks to the front bank (it's obvious when you open the file what that means), however they'd have to have the mesh points set up for those arcs. I doubt they do, since for the most part those designs are in no way conducive to firing forward as their primary arc. You could change the orientation of the mesh points in the file to be:

          [ 1.000000 0.000000 0.000000 ]
          [ 0.000000 1.000000 0.000000 ]
          [ 0.000000 0.000000 1.000000 ]

Which is forward.
