Will the Providence class and Subjugator class ships be making it into the game?

Providence yes
Subjator most likely not

Neither of those ships will be in Ascendancy, there's no reason for them to be included.

opps should of specify that neither will be Ascendancy but the Providence will be ICW. But Corey could we get a upgrade where I can make it so my ISD ll can lose its hanger in exchange for more armor and weapon damage.

Speaking of is the Tector in Ascendancy or is its spot taken by the Allegiance?

Allegiance replaces the Tector's role. Basically it can do anything a Tector can do, only better, and it's easier to tell it apart from the standard ISD line (unlike the Tector, which would look exactly like the ISD 1).
