Who would win..

Ninjas have the TMNT on their side, while the Pirates have Cap'n Jack Sparrow.. So id say that its a pretty fair match.

I guess ninjas because they were trained to be assassins and soldiers while pirates were just after gold. and then spent it for whores, booze and other pleasurable things.

Who cares about movies? Ninjas are too cool for movies, if a movie was made about real ninjas our brains would explode from the sheer awesomeness

not to mention Chuck Norris is a ninja, which is just plain total pwnage, what pirate can take the Norris?

How can you say pirates? Ninjas live to fight. That is what they do for all of their lives. They are in much better shape. Also Chuck Norris!
