So I felt like steamrolling some Rebel scum and started a Shadow Hand play through. However, it seems the NR just sort of sits there and meekly awaits its death (as it should, but definitely disappointing). Is there something wrong with the NR in that one (I seem to recall that was the case in previous versions but I'm not sure).

This is why I threw out the World Devastator idea, though it wouldn't have changed the campaign much.

Does that happen on all difficulties?

It has for me. I haven't been playing ICW much recently (my Star Wars fix is mostly through Ascendancy these days). I'll have to check it out and see.
