Title: Expanding GUI_rows

Ok I ran into a problem, the GUI construction rows in galactic conquest are overloaded because I assigned too many additional imperial ships to the New Republic. So now I'm wondering if their was an interface fix or workaround to alleviate this. I'm guessing their isn't without the sourcecode but I thought I'd ask all the same.
