First does anyone play with mods on gameranger? if so when you launch does it take you directly into a lobby or do you have to manually host it?

Hey yea i have played Republic at War with my friend on gameranger and it worked minus GC. I downloaded this mod with the hopes of playing GC with my friend but we can't seem to find each other in the lobby. We both have the steam Gold edition. We overwritten our data folders so we don't need to set a modpath or anything. It doesn't make sense that we can't see each other on the actual game. Any help would be appreciated in this. But to answer your question it doesn't automatically make a game with us. we have to set it up manually once it starts.
