Stephen Colbert, he's the host of the Colbert Report. It's a comedy news show type thing, he acts like he agrees with everything that Bush does, but really he doesn't. Just go to youtube, there're probably some clips on there.

He only announced that he was running as a joke...

He is on comedy central.  And I would never vote for him.
