OK. So you want to play as the NP on this map you are going to have to do is this, like in the other mod Republic at war you have to dig in and hold your ground well you build up a attack fleet to break out and link up with the other side. Yes dose 4 planets near the center by them self's have to leave them to die if you want or dig in but soon or later you will lose them to the ai.

I've played plenty of games where I never lose those planets. Build a few light factories on each, along with a few squads of airspeeders and freerunners, and rush the landing zone when they try to invade on the ground. Always works.

yup. I thought they are lost cause too, until Pali corrected me with the same advice. Always works. IMO if it is about the NR Pali knows best.

Comes from having spent WAY too much time playing them. ;) Key to Era 1 NR play is realizing that while you're relatively weak in space, you're very strong on the ground.
