Title: Freeze on Splash Screen

Hi There,

I've had a quick look through the other topics but haven't found a solution for my problem. I'll be brief and quick through what I've done and what's happening:

- Bought SOSE:R through GoG.com - It's the Ultimate Edition.
- Downloaded Ascendancy from ModDB
- Applied the LAA to the games .exe
- Shifted the Mod to the Folder
- Applied the appropriate text file updates to "EnabledMods.txt"
- For safe measures, I made the SOSE:R.exe run as Admin and in Compatibility mode for Win7.
- Load up the game, game freezes on the initial splash screen.

Now, I checked what version I am running and it appears to be version 1.83. Is Ascendancy not capable of running on 1.83?
I am able to start the Vanilla version just fine. I have no other mods, only Ascendancy in this location.

Any help would be appreciated.

Ascendancy right now is only for 1.82 not 1.83
