I used to have this mod and thought I would try to download it.
After downloading the ICW21Install.exe and trying to run it, it came up with the error message This file contains invalid data.

Maybe try to redownload the .exe, but I have no real idea what could be wrong.
And just to let you know, you posted to the wrong place. This is the Ascendancy tech support, not the ICW.
