Title: How to change faction colors in Empire at War?

This question of mine extends to other mods, namely the mod; Rise of the Crime Lords. I want to change the color of the Hutt Cartel and Mandalorians in GC's for that mod, but I don't know what to edit to do that. Would anybody tell me?
