Glock 18
-
Does it have to be real? If not I go with the sniper pistol off halo 1.
And If it has to be real, Luger, or however it is spelled. Even though it sucked.
-
I'll say Glock 18 as Scarecrow63. Although russian Nagant is good also.
-
The Walther PPK always seemed to serve Bond well...
-
I think Bond could use anything just fine
-
yep i also like the Colt M1911a1
-
probably the best pistol of WW2
-
nah. Nagant was better.
-
the colt thing
-
nah. Nagant was better.
too small an effective range
-
well pistol is usually used at point-blank range. you have rifles and machine guns to shoot farther objects.
-
Machine guns are good for mid-range. Long range is impractical with automatic firearms. Unless its an automatic sniper rifle.
-
the pistol is also used as a gun when your out of ammo with other stuff, and having a magazine is better than a revolver
-
ugg i hate Automatics atleast with the revover u cant actidently hot the magizine realese and drop ur clip
-
Its not a button, its a switch, i doubt anyone has 'accidentally' hit the release
-
he/she would have to be really stupid. and I mean REALLY stupid.
-
ugg i hate Automatics atleast with the revover u cant actidently hot the magizine realese and drop ur clip
and if you do accidentally drop out your mag while shooting, you probably shouldn't have a gun in the first place
-
Jonny English?
-
That proves my point
-
on the 1911 its right above the hand grip it is eay to hit u dont have to be an idiot to do it its right by your HAND
-
you know why its right by your HAND? so when your shootin the bad guys you can quickly change mags
And if you're good enough with the gun in the first place, the release wouldn't be a problem at all, its like you're saying magazines are a retarded feature
-
theu're usually the best choice. I mean revolver has 6 bullets while pistolswith mags can have up 17.
-
yeah, its pointless to argue that a magazine is stupid
-
dosent make an automatic bettershure more bullets big deal id take the 7 shot nagnt revolver any day
-
magazines reload a hell of alot faster
-
I think he means that he trusts guns more without "mags".
-
yeah, cause he apparently presses the clip release all the time
-
So you don't trust automatic weapons either then?
-
who, me? no, i love em
-
no I was referring to M-T-I.
-
i quite like the beretta pistol
-
ah. italian quality.
-
I agree, those are very nice
-
i dont care for automatics i lke bolt/or lever action rifles and revolvers
now i like smgs and asssault rifles on ocasion but i like older more proven weapons its just me
My choice wed all be fighting with swords and not silly guns
-
assault rifle is good.
-
My choice wed all be fighting with swords and not silly guns
A more civilised weapon from a more civilised age, huh? :P
-
civilised? hacking off hands, legs and hands. Do you consider that civilised?
-
I was just messing with the Star Wars quote :P
-
I know but I couldn't resist myself asking.
-
Meh.
Well, in some ways swords and the like are better than guns, because it is much more personal.. You are physically chopping off that limb, or stabbing them, rather than just aiming and shooting at them from afar.
-
yeah but large scale fight are quite confusing. it's man-vs-man. if you're a commander in that kind of an fight you can get confused quickly.
-
And strategy and training, not to mention technological advantages, really play a limited role
It'd almost be who had the most people
-
not so look at willam wallace its not nubers as much as technolgy skill and flanking
-
surprise is the keyelement in that kind of an warfare but numbers are very important also.
-
And when using swords, technology isn't a very important factor
-
they are pretty low-tech weapons. at least today.
-
they're sharp and pointy, cant really improve the sword much
-
yes you can make them sharper and make them fire out of a gun
-
If you fired it out of a gun it wouldn't really be considered sword fighting anymore
-
no it would be considered sword gun fighting thing
-
interesting concept. you should try to invent that kind of an sword-gun thing.
-
bayonets?????
they are like sword-guns
in a different way
-
I thought Kratas meant a gun that actually shoots the swords. not guns that have swords attached on it.
-
oh
a swoord shooting gun would be stupid
it would lose momentum
and tthe ammo would be quite resource draining
-
sword shooting
-
now thats just ridculos and a waste sword are civilsed and personal i my self have som blade skill and i dont mean fencing i mean a claymore swinging i did a fight in a few reensactments of major scotish battles
-
cool how about a dart gun
-
they on the other hand are streamlines and light
and not to mention easily mass producable
-
And because i believe we should all Spell like HUMAN BEINGS, I've edited the Topic Name.
-
Well said Kalo,
Death to the slang!
-
Failure....Somewhat :)!
-
what do you mean?
are peoplestill being retarded?
-
you are one to talk eclipse ill call u such brcause u dont deserve to be called vader
-
what is that supposed to mean?
-
I believe he is saying that you cant say "Deathe to the slang!" because you use too much of it.
-
no. I am confused at him saying "eclipse because you are not worthy of the vader" bit
he seems to dislike me and i dont know what i have done. I may lack punctuation but i dont use shorthand.
-
wtf not it take too damn long to type out a whole word shorthand was invented for the internet so use it there and BACK ON TOPIC MAGGOTS
-
Actually, shorthand was developed to improve the speed of writing, typically using symbols and abbreviations to represent words and common phrases, allowing people (such as journalists) to write as quickly as people talk. Its increased use on the internet (if what is used on the internet can be called shorthand) is due to people being too lazy to take those extra few seconds needed to type properly.
Here is a great piece of advice:
Pay attention to your spelling and grammar. Its all about communication, and poorly constructed messages are confusing. If your words are important enough to write, they're important enough to write well, time spent making a message clearer is always time well spent. Also try to use capitals and punctuation, they make things so much easier to read.
