My hard drive crashed Tuesday, but luckily its already replaced cause it was under waranty
Unfortuneately all my datas gone
-
That sucks. Mines close to the general crashing age... 2-5 years... Thats why I keep the mod on a flash drive. My last one lasted 8 years, and AFAIK it still hasn't crashed on the people that are using it now, 10 years later...
-
Well mine was only like 8 months old
-
Hehehe. You guys went with PCs. I still have a 15+ year Mac in a box somewhere. And my brother uses another old one.
-
What does pc or mac have to do with anything? Macs use hard disks just like everyone else
-
though luck but as you said it's repaired and that's good.
-
Hard luck. Or is it? Maybe its just the manufacturers way of increasing consumption...
-
Well, one good thing is that my command and conquer generals finally works, it didnt on the other one for some reason
-
so there was something good about that it crashed.
-
Yeah, but thats it
-
So you have to re-download all the apps and mods that you'd accumulated?
-
i suppose you good say its a blessing in disguise
-
Yeah, everything i had is gone, its like when i first got it now, i havent even reinstalled EAW yet, still going crazy over being able to play C&C again, but that'll only last maybe 2 days
