Title: unable to start

when i tried to run foc, it gave me the following message(i have no mods and just installed it)
Exception in thread 13AC - Main Thread
Exception code EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
    The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access.
    Attempt to read from address 00000018

Exception occurred at 0091D7FE - Unknown code pointer

i  cannot tell you how grateful i am to have you help me, that has fixed the problem and now i can play foc just like in my earlier years! i owe you all of my mtn dews, doritos sponsors, and steam sales.
