Does anyone know of any program or software that allows you to build up a fantasy space fleet? Something a little like Springsharp or even just a roster type thing would be awesome

I don't understand..do you mean like a mod fleet for a game? The programming for ships? Or just concept art?

No I mean something that enables me to put a fantasy fleet together, I have one written up on Excel

You haven't explained what a fantasy fleet is. Is it just a list of cool ships that you want put together? Maybe you could post the spreadsheet as an example.
