Title: Sovereign gc speed

The sovereign galactic speed is really really slow (i think i'm right when i say the slowest unit in the game it might even be slower than what the death star was).

Actually it's the exact speed of the DS lol

I'm assuming it sould be faster since every other ssd is faster.
