Title: reunification bug?

So I was playing reunification and I had teass beacon and hakassi all was going fine building up and they attack over and over ok fine just annoying then I noticed a sacheen class with no hardpoints, then as the game kept going none of my ships had hardpoints or would move and then my ships started to dissapear in orbit as I tried swapping them. Now no I dont have the hot fixes I never seemed to need them is that it? or is it just a corrupted save file or something?

Nope. Best you can do is try to finish your GCs as fast as you can.
