Title: How to change recrutiment by era

Hi!
I surrended to the fact that Shadow Hand campaign is unplayable because of the New Republic's AI bug.
So, I'm about to start a campaign with the Pentastar.
I noticed that some units (AT-AT and Venator) are available only from Era 2, but most of GCs involving the Pentastar are located in the first Era.

So, how can I make AT-ATs available for P.A. also in the first era? i love those machines. :D

The PA has no era progression, they have access to all of their units right away. You should be able to build AT-ATs right from the start. You just need to build a light vehicle factory -> heavy vehicle factory -> advanced vehicle factory.

Do you have all the patches installed?  I seem to recall this WAS a bug on the release version of 2.0 that was fixed with a patch.

Ouh, I didn't know. I've not started the campaign yet :)  I only see in the manual that Venators and At-At are available for the Pentastar from era 2 to 5...

So, I want to play the Fractured Empire GC. The manual says that it's setted in Era 1, and that At-At and Venator can be recruited by the Pentastar from Era 2. Have I to ignore this thing?

I believe so. From what I remember it was a bug that existed when Slornie made the manual, and since he was basing his manual stuff off of what was ingame it wasput there, but the patches fixed it.

When I first started on the manual we were planning on having era differentiation for the Pentastar Alignment (which we later dropped); apparently I forgot about that design change or didn't have time to reflect it in the manual.  /adds to list of things to fix in the 2.1 manual.

Pentastar has no units to spy?
Is it possible to make buildable the Imperial probe droids for the P.A.?

Currently they have no spy/intelligence capability. I believe that in the upcoming 2.1 version, they will get access to probe droids.

Argh  ;D So difficult prepare an attack without that probes.
So there isn't a file that I can easely edit? (My modding skills are 0, but I'm able to use Ctrl+F  and copy/paste)  :)

Btw, I think that each faction should have access to some kind of spies. It's only a suggestion, I play from like 3 days and I'm not the kind of person who criticize huge and awesome works like this mod :)

Nobody? I tried to look for "probe" or "droid" into the XML files to add it to the Pentastar but I didn't understand a lot in that huge amount of scripts :D
