Title: MTC Reskin

The first of the reskins done for Ascendancy to make its way back into Imperial Civil War. We've also bumped up the pop cap for it.

I got a question what program you use to make the 3D models? I can guess you use photoshop for the color

It depends on who you ask. Corey tends to use Wings3d, Code uses 3ds Max, and I think Elliot uses Maya.

Wings is free, 3DS Max is not. Max is what you need to rig and export for EaW.

Well, you can get 3DS Max (only the latest version however) for free as a student license if you are a student at an appropriate institution such as a University or College.

Yeah, Max 6, 7, 8 and 9 are the ones that are needed for EaW.
