Title: Hotfix 2 issue

When I try to put hoxfix two into my imperial civil war folder I get this error:it tells me it cannot be installed due to this reason:

Data\XML\Planets.xml: unknown version.

Anything I can do about that?

EASIST fix?  Delete the entire mod and reinstall, then reinstall patch1.
