Hey guys, first off let me congratulate and thank you all for your great work, I've been playing this mod since 1.2 and have followed and expected this mod for a good while. It's a very detailed, dedicated conversion (not so much a mod if you look at the big picture) that becomes a great example for the potential the Star Wars EU and independent content creators hold for this sort of thing.
Now that it's finally here, I can't play it :( The GUI (and basically everything not rendered in 3D from the main menu to unit portraits) just shows random textures without clear definition anywhere. I've tried everything from re-installing from the ground up, updating drivers, adjusting graphics and even reviewing the mod folders. It might be that I'm on a somewhat outdated pc, but all previous versions worked just fine aside from low framerates.
Hope someone can help with this :(

Some lower-end graphics cards have problems loading the icon/gui pip file when it's above a certain size. I'm gonna try to reduce that and get a fix out.
-
I guess I'll wait 'til then, thanks a lot. :)

I think I've fixed it if the cause is what we think it is, but I'd need you or another volunteer who's experiencing the problem to test it out since I don't personally have it.

Alright, what should I do?

Download this:
https://dl.dropbox.com/u/10831508/Textures.zip
(Please nobody else do it, it's bandwidth limited)
Go into Imperial_Civil_War\Data\Art\Textures
Extract the zip to that folder. Overwrite the files it asks you to.
Then run normally, it should work if we're right.
You'll need to reinstall 2.0 before you can do the official patch when we release it, though.

Yup, worked out just fine, problem solved. Many thanks :)

If you want, but just remember you'll have toi reinstall the base 2.0 in order to make the patch apply when we release it, though.
