There is also Rear Admiral (maybe 200 posts) and Vice Admiral (as Meyer mentioned) which might be 250 posts

The only one that makes any difference is from Stormtrooper Captain to Brevet Admiral.

But wouldn't Grand Admiral be over Moff in the chain-o-command? Grand Admirals were second only to Emperor,Vader, and advisory council.

They they would cut funding fo other things if he did this... I wonder where this sounds familiar?
