Title: Pellaeon or not?

In Crimson Empire II: Council of Blood there is an Imperial Navy officer who looks just like Pellaeon and his rank is Admiral. So, is he or is he not Pellaeon?

If it looks like a pallaeon and sounds like a pallaeon, it's probobly a pallaeon.

How do you hear him in a comic.
My personal opinion is that he is Pellaeon.

its quite possible - he was a quite high ranking officer at the time

In wookiepedia it is said that the officer in the comic has different eye colour that Pellaeon. But I don't think that means a lot. It is Pellaeon

different eye colour? That can be a mistake in the comic.
