Anyone read it yet? And is it good?

Not read it yet, waiting (as always) for paperback.

It certainly sounds interesting though, not the regular sort of plot for a Star Wars novel.  Did you hear that there is a prequel planned too?

I didn't hear about a prequel. I'm also waiting for a paperback. I read the back of it in a book store, and it sounds like a zombie book mixed with Star Wars. Two of my favourite things in the world put together. Yay.

Not really. It just means that Lucas doesn't care enough about Star Wars to filter out all the absolute crap.

See, with the star trek universe, only the good stuff makes it through. Lucasarts just doesnt cut out the riff raff in star wars...

well death troopers wouldn't alter the starwars storyline at all so why would it be a big deal?

Star Trek still exists, so pretty sure that's a lie.

My reaction to the book
"This better not be a bad zombie book with Star Wars in it for the hell of it."
*gets 12 pages in*

Wasn't overly impressed to be quite honest, as Dane said in the other thread "This is a zombie book with Star Wars in it for the hell of it!"
