names dre im mostly a pheonix rising mod player for FOC and i found the FX mod via ModDb, i dont possess much technical knowledge but i would be glad to help anyway i can

Considering that we don't even have a skinner or a rigger (which means there's literally no work we can do on the mod) voice actors are the least of our concern. If we're successful in getting a rigger and skinner before summer, then we will need voice actors.

well if someone wants to attempt it i would be glad to assist if i had instruction... i tried looking at manuals on how to do it but i kept on TL;DR ing it
